These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through NITA, including orders placed through our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Pricing

All NITA pricing is shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD) unless stated otherwise.

Prices are displayed on each product page. All NITA products ordered from our New Zealand store or website include GST in the advertised price where applicable.

We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and contact you before processing or fulfilling the order.

International Orders, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs or other fees depending on the destination country’s laws and regulations.

These charges vary depending on the destination country, the value of the order and any local tax-free thresholds. The recipient of the order is responsible for paying any duties, taxes or customs charges.

If duties or taxes apply, they are usually collected by the courier or customs authority before or at the time of delivery.

Shipping

We require a signature on delivery. If you are unavailable when delivery is attempted, a collection card may be left. Please follow up promptly to avoid the parcel being returned to us.

Any additional fees caused by delivery refusal, incorrect delivery information, missed deliveries or multiple failed delivery attempts are the customer’s responsibility.

If you provide your phone number and email address at checkout, we may use these details to contact you about your order or delivery.

We aim to dispatch ready-to-wear orders within 1-3 working days. Made-to-order items have longer production timeframes, which will be noted in the product description.

Estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch are:

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, public holidays, weather events or other circumstances outside our control.

Made-to-Order Items

Some NITA pieces are made to order. Production timeframes will be stated on the relevant product page. Any foreseeable delays will be communicated where possible.

Because made-to-order items are produced specifically for you, they cannot usually be returned for change of mind. This does not affect your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Product and Order Descriptions

We aim to describe all NITA products as accurately as possible, including fit, fabric, colour, construction and design details.

Some descriptions may also express the creative inspiration, feeling or intended styling of a garment.

We make every effort to display product images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device screen will show the exact colour, texture or finish of the item.

NITA reserves the right to correct any error, omission or oversight on the website, including product descriptions, pricing, availability or imagery.

We endeavour to keep product listings and availability accurate, but we cannot always guarantee that an item will be available at the time your order is placed.

Orders

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, phone number, shipping address and payment details.

We reserve the right to accept, cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including if an item is unavailable, if there has been a pricing or product error, if payment cannot be processed, or if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

Website Use

All content on this website, including images, text, product names, designs, branding and visual material, belongs to NITA or is used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission from NITA.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version available on our website at the time of your order will apply to that order.
