Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, in its original condition, with tags attached and proof of purchase.

To request a return, please email hello@nita.nz before sending anything back. Items returned without contacting us first may not be accepted.

We will provide the return address once your return request has been approved.

Return shipping for change of mind returns is the customer’s responsibility unless we agree otherwise.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

If there is a problem with your item, we will meet our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. Depending on the issue, this may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Made-to-Order, Custom and Personalised Items

Made-to-order, custom and personalised items cannot usually be returned for change of mind, as they are made specifically for you.

This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act if the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Sale items may not be returned for change of mind unless we agree otherwise.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or style, please contact us at hello@nita.nz. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
