Shipping

We require a signature on delivery. If you are unavailable when delivery is attempted, a collection card may be left. Please follow up promptly to avoid the parcel being returned to us.

Please make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Any additional fees caused by delivery refusal, incorrect delivery information, missed deliveries or multiple failed delivery attempts are the customer’s responsibility.

If you provide your phone number and email address at checkout, we may use these details to contact you about your order or delivery.

We aim to dispatch ready-to-wear orders within 1-3 working days. Made-to-order items have longer production timeframes, which will be noted on the relevant product page.

Free standard tracked shipping.
Estimated delivery: 1-4 business days after dispatch.

Australia

Free tracked shipping on orders over $500.
$26.99 tracked delivery for orders under $500.
Estimated delivery: 4-15 business days after dispatch.

Canada, United States and United Kingdom

Free tracked shipping on orders over $2000.
$47.50 tracked delivery for orders under $2000.
Estimated delivery: 5-15 business days after dispatch.

International Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are usually collected by the courier or customs authority before or at delivery.
