PRICING
All NITA pricing is shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
The pricing is shown in the product descriptions.
All NITA products ordered from NITA stores or from our
website include GST (Goods and services tax) in the advertised price.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time.
International orders may be subject to customs import duties, this depends
on the receiving countries’ controls and regulations.
International customs duties may vary depending on on the value of the order
and the receiving countries tax free threshold.
The recipient of the order is responsible for payment in the duties and taxes.
If there are taxes and duties they are likely to be collected at the time of delivery,
your courier will notify you prior to receiving the goods.
SHIPPING
We require a signature on delivery. If you are out, a collection card will be left.
Be sure to follow up promptly to avoid the package being returned.
Please note that any additional fees incurred due to delivery refusal or multiple failed attempts are your responsibility.
If you enter your phone number and email address at the checkout we can contact you in case of any changes with your delivery.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. We will do our very best to get your order to you within the below time frames.
Any forseen shipping delays will be noted in the product description, this is common with our ‘made to order’ products.
New Zealand: 1 – 4 business days
Australia: 5 – 15 business days
PRODUCT AND ORDER DESCRIPTIONS
Our product descriptions are described as accurately as possible on our website, while expressing where our inspiration stems from. Some descriptions may express characteristics or our designs.
At NITA we endeavour to display images on our website to be true to the product. However we can not guarantee that these images will portray the exact colour and style of the product.
NITA reserves the right to correct any error or oversight.
We endeavour to keep our product listings as accurate as possible however we cannot always guarantee availability.
RETURNS
NITA operates under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
We wish to ensure that you are happy with your purchase and will offer refunds on orders that meet our returns policy.
RETURNS POLICY
If goods arrive faulty or damaged, our sincerest apologies, we will offer a full refund, exchange or credit note as well as refunding the cost of shipping.
If you would like to exchange a size, or swap your garment for a different style, please send your order back to NITA with a completed returns form.
We recommend arranging a tracked courier for a safe and speedy return.
Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility if your return gets lost on its way to us, or for any import duties and taxes incurred.
At NITA, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary and we are happy to refund any order if your return meets the below conditions:
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
We will make exceptions for unforeseen shipping delays, please contact us if you think your parcel may take longer. – Items must be unworn with all tags still attached.
Items must returned within 30 days, they must be clean and free from makeup and perfume, so please be mindful of this when trying them on.
When processing refunds for your NITA purchase, please note that any payment platform fees and shipping costs incurred will be excluded from the refunded amount. These costs will be deducted to ensure a fair refund process. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to make your return experience as seamless as possible.
You will be refunded in your original form of payment.
If you are eligible for a return please download our returns form here and send with the item/s you wish to return to the address below. We recommend using a trackable method to ensure safe delivery. Once your returned item/s have been processed, we will be in touch with an email to confirm. This process should take no longer than 30 days of NITA receiving your return.

CONDITIONS OF ORDER
When ordering a NITA product we will require your full name or business name, valid phone number, email address, full payment and or credit card details and postal address for delivery.
By sharing your contact information via form submission you will be automatically added to our database mailing list. You may unsubscribe at any time.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order placed through our website. If you do not receive correspondence regarding your order with in 5 working days your order is deemed as cancelled.
